Todd K. Mohink

Todd K. Mohink is the founding attorney of the Law Offices of Todd K. Mohink, PA, a Glen Burnie, Maryland family law and criminal defense firm serving Anne Arundel and Howard County. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and holds bar membership in the Maryland state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar.

Over 30 years of Maryland trial practice, Todd has litigated family law, CPS and CINA matters, and criminal sexual offense cases across the Anne Arundel and Howard County Circuit Courts. He is the attorney behind Braun v. Headley, 131 Md. App. 588 (2000), the Maryland Court of Special Appeals decision establishing that a parent's right to travel does not override a child's best interests in a custody-relocation case.

Todd serves on the Anne Arundel County SCRA board for deployed servicemembers and is a member of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association (MCDAA) and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL). He has been recognized on the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 in Maryland, holds Martindale-Hubbell gold status, and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.
